At Balanced Life Counseling Services, we are happy to work with your insurance plan. We encourage you to verify the benefits you have under your plan by asking the following questions:

A note about insurance: a benefit to self-pay vs using your insurance is that your psychotherapy treatment is fully your own with no restrictions from your insurance company.
Therapy Session Fees

Initial assessment: 150.00

Individual Therapy (45-50 min): 130.00

Payment and Cancellation Policy
We accept cash, check, and credit cards. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you are unable to keep your appointment or you may be required to pay a missed appointment fee.
We offer a Sliding Fee Program based on household income and family size, which may reduce the amount you pay for health care services, even if you have insurance. If you qualify, your fee will be discounted for the cost of our services. Applications are available here as well as at the reception desk. Staff are available to assist as needed with the application. All information is kept confidential.
